Shipment

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  We do not require signatures upon receipt. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. 

Please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivered packages.  Please contact us at contact@jupiterlaboratories.com if the product is damaged or the package is lost in transit.

Return

Customers can return the product within 14 days of delivery to cancel the purchase. The return address is: Jupiter Laboratories Ltd, Witveldweg 40, BELFELD, 5951 NL

We offer a full refund of the purchase price for all our products within 60 days of delivery. To return your product and receive a refund, please notify us via email at contact@jupiterlaboratories.com . Our customer service team will provide you with the address and return authorization. Once you return your bottles (used or unused is acceptable) and your return is received, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Please note that refusing a delivery will not return the package to our facility, and your refund will not be processed. Please contact us with any questions.

Change or cancel your order

Once your order has been sent, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return an unwanted order, please follow the instructions above for "Returns." During the checkout process, confirm that you are providing the correct delivery address. Please check your delivery address for errors before submitting your order. We are not responsible for products delivered to the wrong address due to an input error.
